PATHWAYS led an annual training day for Fulbright English Teaching Assistants (ETAs) about to start their fellowship placements at schools and universities in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The interactive one-day program was designed to equip participants with a systematic approach to problem-solving negotiation that they can incorporate into collaboratively defining and carrying out their teaching placements, and to becoming effective ambassadors in their host communities and back home upon their return.
At a group level, the workshop provided participants with a shared language, experience and toolset, helping to forge a dynamic and mutually supportive network of Fulbright ETAs and future alumni.
